You’re welcome to join the classes on your own, or you can bring along someone close to you, like your mum, a friend, or anyone you trust to be by your side.

Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings: Courses must be booked and paid for 1 month before the start of the course unless otherwise agreed. Bumpstart reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled Bumpstart will promptly refund all monies. VAT is not applicable. A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking up to 4 weeks before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 week of the start time are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 2 weeks of the start time may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 1 week, and no refund will be provided.

  • Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the original booking process may not be refundable.

  • Special Circumstances: If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund or rescheduling without penalty.

  • GDPR: You agree that Bumpstart shall hold your details on file and on computer and, in accordance with the GDPR Act 2018, you have the right to view, amend or delete your individual file by giving not less than seven days' written notice. We treat your personal data with the utmost care and keep only relevant information to process your booking . We will not sell or give your information to a 3rd party.

  • Data protection: You also agree that Bumpstart shall hold your details on file and on computer and, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
